After much consideration, I must recant a bit on my original statement and give these guys some much deserved credit. Kiper and McShay do a fantastic job at giving the fans at home a ballpark range on where these players will be drafted. Being a draft insider is a very difficult job to have, but Kiper and McShay have obviously proven that they deserve the title draft experts, almost.
The two draft insiders had an epic first round battle that ended in a draw at ten a piece. I must give the first annual Five Tool Sports " Draft Expert" award to Todd McShay for his extreme discontent with any team, and any person for that matter, who considered drafting Jimmy Clausen in the top half of the first round. As we all know, Clausen fell out of he first round, all the way down to 48th overall, much to the chagrin of Mel Kiper Jr.
So, congratulations to Todd McShay for all of his hard work and dedication to the art of NFL draft expertise.
